The RDR Facade Enhancement Grant Program

The RDR Facade Enhancement Grant Program is a matching 50/50 grant program created improve and maintain the astetics of our Historic Downtown by encouraging

      *  private investment through the renovation of facades in Downtown Richlands;

      *  good design that will serve as quality examples;

      *  preservation of the Historic architectural character of Downtown Richlands

The program is made possible through an appropriation of RDR funds. A maximum of $3000 per year may be awarded. If additional funds becaome available throughout the year, applicants will be notified.

 

All business owners and building owners within the Downtown area are encouraged to apply. Let's make Richlands even more beautiful!

 

**Please note that 'Design Guidelines' is a large file. If you are seriously interested in applying for a Facade Grant, you may request a hard copy to be loaned to you from RDR. Richlands 5k Glow Run

This summer RDR coordinated the 1st Annual Richlands 5k Glow Run to raise funds for the RHS Track & Cross Country Teams. Also benefiting from the event was the local Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing program. The Glow Run was a success, registering over 300 runners, 25 volunteers and support from our local businesses.
